JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS

Our client, a global investment management firm, is looking to hire an Associate, Finance & Operations who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s financial and operational functions. This includes preparing financial reports, asset and liability tracking, regulatory compliance, tax filing, payment processing, and reconciliation. The role also involves supporting the organization’s corporate actions, partner payments, financial planning, and annual audits. By ensuring accurate and efficient processes, the Associate will help drive financial health, operational excellence, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, finance operations management, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial assets/liabilities reporting, tax & regulatory compliance, budgeting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Infoware, QuickBooks, etc).Strong knowledge of tax regulations, regulatory reporting, and audit requirements.
