Then you might be the Associate Finance Partner we are looking for.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in financial management, finance partnering, management consultant, or similar, optimally in a multinational company.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to details with good analytical and problem solving skills that allow you to interpret complex data.
  • Commercial and strategic understanding combined with solid financial background.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint as minimum. Familiarity with PowerBI and various financial tools can be beneficial, though it is not a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted Partner to the senior managers heading up our Group Functions and be key advisor on financial topics.
  • Assist in the design and planning of annual budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans
  • Creating transparency and financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously improve processes and reporting to enhance analysis depth and accuracy, as well as improve efficiency.
  • Prepare financial reports to Senior Management, Board of Directors and other key stakeholders.
    Furthermore, you will be involved in various projects as well as preparing ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders in both the Group Functions and in Finance Partnering & Planning. This is a great opportunity to get insights into strategic priorities, interact with senior stakeholders across the organization, and to develop your financial skills while making a meaningful difference within 3Shape
