Background We are looking to recruit a talented finance lawyer to join the Firm's Asia Pacific Finance & Projects team, in Singapore. The candidate should be qualified in a common law jurisdiction and ideally between 3 to 5 years’ PQE. The team which you would be joining advises on a wide range of debt finance transactions including project finance, prepayment facilities, acquisition finance and general corporate finance. You would work on financings across a variety of sectors including energy, infrastructure, digital infrastructure, transport, renewable power, conventional power and gas-to-power. Whilst the role is based in Singapore, the transactions you would be working will be international cross-border deals, with a focus in Asia Pacific and beyond. The clients consist primarily of international and domestic banks, multilaterals private capital clients, major developers/sponsors and host governments. This is a transactional role, with a large amount of client contact, and travel within Asia.
