Weaver is among the top 30 audit and assurance firms in the United States, with a growing presence across multiple locations in India. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Reporting Analyst to join our finance team and build a strong foundation in accounting, reporting, and compliance. Role Overview This is an early career role designed for someone looking to develop hands-on experience across finance operations. The role will support day-to-day accounting activities, including financial record maintenance, payables and receivables, reconciliations, payroll coordination, and reporting support. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Record Maintenance * Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately * Support maintenance of general ledger and accounting records * Assist in preparation of journal entries Accounts Payable & Receivable * Process vendor invoices and assist with payments * Support invoice generation and follow-up on receivables * Track expenses and maintain supporting documentation Bank Reconciliation * Assist in bank and credit card reconciliations * Flag discrepancies and support resolution Financial Reporting Support * Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules * Provide support during audits and reporting cycles Expense Tracking * Track and categorize expenses in line with company policies * Support budget tracking activities Compliance & Coordination * Support compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements * Coordinate with payroll vendors and support payroll data tracking * Assist in audit documentation and data requests Documentation & Organization * Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents * Ensure confidentiality of financial information Qualifications & Skills * 3-5 years of relevant experience * CA Inter / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Basic understanding of accounting principles * Familiarity with accounting systems (MS Dynamics exposure is a plus) * Good attention to detail and willingness to learn * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Good to excellent Excel skills Why Join Us At Weaver, we believe in creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where people are encouraged to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully from day one.
