Our team approach is grounded in comprehensive financial planning, and long-term client relationships Position Overview - We are seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join our growing advisory team. This role is designed for an experienced, client-centric professional who enjoys being deeply involved in client relationships, planning execution, and service delivery - without immediate pressure to prospect or build a book. This is a relationship-oriented service advisor role, with the opportunity to gradually assume primary ownership of client relationships over time. The position offers flexibility in long-term career path: some individuals may grow into a lead advisor role, while others may choose to remain a highly compensated, planning- and service-focused advisor long term. Responsibilities · Client Relationships & Service o Serve as a primary point of contact for a group of clients o Manage day-to-day client needs, service requests, and follow-up o Coordinate reviews, scheduling, and ongoing communication o Ensure clients receive timely, thoughtful, and consistent service · Planning & Advisor Support o Prepare for and participate in client meetings o Assist with financial planning updates, analysis, and implementation o Maintain meeting notes, action items, and workflows in firm systems o Gradually take on more independent planning responsibilities over time o Work closely with Advisors, Operations, and Portfolio team members · Execution & Implementation o Handle account openings, transfers, and client paperwork accurately o Support implementation of planning recommendations o Help identify ways to improve processes and the client experience Requirements Preferred Experience · CFP® designation (or strong planning experience) · 4+ years of experience in wealth management or financial planning · Client-facing experience and strong communication skills · Organized, reliable, and comfortable owning responsibility · Team-oriented mindset — willing to help wherever needed · Experience with eMoney, Fidelity Wealthscape, or Holistiplan is a plus Compensation & Benefits CFP® professional associate role with defined advisor-track progression.
