Job Summary: Corporate Services (CSD) oversees a wide range of operational functions including Real Estate Management (strategic planning, lease transactions, project, design and construction management, and facilities management), Corporate Security, Housekeeping, Mail Distribution, Documentation, Destruction and Storage, Catering Services, and Reception Management. Job Duties: Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Financial Control will support financial planning and analysis activities for the Corporate Services Department. This includes assisting with budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure effective financial management. Job Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts for Corporate Services functions Support variance analysis and provide insights to help manage expenses effectively Prepare routine and ad-hoc financial reports and dashboards for management review Contribute to cost allocation reviews and support methodology improvements Help identify opportunities for process enhancements through automation and system improvements Support environmental data preparation for sustainability reporting and audit purposes Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial data Perform other finance-related tasks and special assignments as directed by the manager Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis; exposure to corporate services or facilities management is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an advantage Familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle Hyperion is beneficial Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Immediate availability is preferred HKEX is committed as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
