This role ensures accurate revenue recognition through reconciliations, SAP controls, and financial reviews while supporting month-end closing activities. The individual will partner closely with the Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams to provide actionable financial insights, strengthen financial controls, improve processes, and drive business performance. What You Will Do Manage pricing governance, ensuring accurate price implementation and maintenance in SAP. Oversee revenue accounting, month-end P&L closure, reconciliations, and financial reporting using SAP S/4HANA and reporting tools. Perform customer profitability analysis, margin and variance analysis, revenue trend reporting, and provide actionable financial insights to support business decisions. Review and validate credit note calculations and postings across online and offline sales channels while managing waterfall reporting for new product introductions (NPIs). Support internal and external audits, compliance activities, financial controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve business and financial challenges. Drive process automation, continuous improvement, and optimization initiatives to enhance finance operations and reporting efficiency. What You Need to Be Successful Fresh CA graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with strong articleship experience in FP&A, Financial Reporting, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Revenue Accounting, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance will have an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and generate meaningful business insights. Basic knowledge of financial reporting, revenue accounting, profitability analysis, and financial controls. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Bonus Points if You Have Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA); first-attempt qualifiers are preferred. Exposure to revenue recognition, margin management, and commercial finance analytics. Understanding of audit processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements. Strong presentation and data visualization skills. Demonstrated ability to think creatively, take ownership, and drive results.
