We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis II to join our Finance Operations team. This role is in Pittsburgh. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Strong problem-solving skills include root cause analysis; identifying, prioritizing, and selecting alternatives for a solution; and supporting solution implementation. Resolving L1 support requests for Oracle Cloud, Power BI Dashboards & MAQ (TM1 Planning and Analytics). Monitoring operations platform activities for effectiveness and accuracy such as Corporate Treasury, Controllers, Deposits and Oracle batches. Execute daily database application reconciliations and understand the data flow within applications. Effectively interact with Business Partners and Technology partners to understand the business needs and design solutions. Create business requirements documents, user stories, as well as other supporting artifacts such as business workflows & report mock-ups. Supports new Power BI Dashboard Migrations with the help of Trainings and help in Document creations. Manage project tasks, timeline, risks, and issues. Work in close partnership with IT to ensure that project outcome meets business needs. Help with evaluation of new data sources, and subsequent acquisition & delivery of that data. Provide Power Apps automation to improve the speed of delivery across the program. Support Regulatory audits with highest priority. Provide support on Cloud applications. Critical thinking and attention to detail are essential. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Working knowledge of underlying modeling tools (Oracle SQL, Sybase SQL) Analytical - Ability to easily dive into very arcane details on allocations and bring it up to the appropriate level of audience they are communicating with. Self-starter - Should drive change on their own with minimal direction needed. Knowledge on BI reporting tool like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau will be a plus. Superb communication skills - Strong written and oral communications skills. Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. Confident and calm demeanor with ability to perform under pressure and handle difficult situations.
