Your role: As our Associate Financial Specialist, you will support The Manager of General Finance and the organization with all Accounting, Tax, Procurement, Treasury, Reporting and Internal Control related activities of the company. As part of this role, you will ensure that the company's financial reports and income tax returns are accurate, completed in a timely manner and follow internal as well as external regulations and requirements. You are also involved in all significant accounting transactions and audits. Other key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Participation in internal, external audits and Tax Certificate Audit processes Super Deduction Project & Tax Incentives: Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee execution. Internal Controls (ICFR): Maintain and monitor robust financial reporting controls. MGF: Responsible to review and monitor local FO MGF cost development Pension: Prepare, reconcile employee pension files and communication with insurance company. myDATA Compliance: Oversee accurate submissions and ensure compliance with Greek tax authority requirements. Accounting Requirements: Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational accounting standards especially IFRS15, IFRS16, IAS19. Tax Reconciliations & Submissions: Oversee tax reconciliation and submission processes to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. (WHT, CIT, VAT,Listing, DDT) Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related subject. Master’s in finance or other related field is considered as a plus. 2-3 years’ work experience in a similar role. Experience working in an audit or multinational company is preferred. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English. Ability to adapt easily in a fast-paced environment with rapid business changes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on high quality deliverables. Good understanding of Tax Law.
