Description

Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Provide leadership and daily support to Delivery Assistants; address and resolve operational issues or concerns.
  • Consistently engage with Delivery Assistants to ensure that shipments are delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure that the Delivery Assistants strictly follow the clients' SOPs to prevent any escalations from arising.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Assistants to plan optimized delivery routes for efficient, professional, and hassle-free service.
  • Monitor daily fleet operations and team performance; prepare and submit performance reports to the Operations Manager.
  • Review and analyze logistics data (e.g., exception reports, delivery volume/hour, hours worked, accident reports) to identify cost-saving and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of operational strategies to meet key performance goals and identify growth opportunities in the eCommerce space.
  • Support both on-road and in-house operations with additional tasks as needed.


Requirements

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in logistics and supply chain management
  • Minimum 2 years of fleet management or supervisory experience, required.

  • Experience in or exposure to logistics and ecommerce, preferred.
