A seed that has grown sustainably to offer tailored customer support.   Summary: As a member of the Applications Laboratory, the successful applicant will evaluate new flavors and create new products containing flavors in a wide variety of food and beverage systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Work on several projects simultaneously to meet customers’ need and timetables Complete projects with attention to detail, customers’ needs in mind, and within a given timeframe with direct supervision Gain the knowledge necessary to manufacture all the finished products in the FAL repertoire Order necessary raw materials needed for project and general lab work Conduct laboratory maintenance as needed Participate in outside shows and/or customer demonstrations, maintaining the expected level of Robertet quality Commitment to Robertet and SQF Quality Standards and continuous improvement of the quality management systems Position Requirements  Required: BS in Food Science or related Science Position Competencies Capable of handling multiple projects in a limited time frame Detail oriented, reliable and organized Understanding basic principles of Food Science Interpersonal and written/oral communication skills Robertet Core Competencies: Robertet believes that all employees should possess certain observable and measurable skills and display behaviors that ultimately contribute to workplace effectiveness and desired career success. Essential duties include gaining knowledge of finished product manufacturing, ordering raw materials, conducting laboratory maintenance, and participating in customer demonstrations.
