WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Synthesize and distill key financial business insights for leadership - analyze results, identify key metrics, and communicate risks & opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to closely monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, generating actionable insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain data models and financial dashboards for growth and product initiatives, supporting business cases. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You possess exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with great attention to detail. You enjoy working with data to guide decisions, breaking down complex issues into clear insights and actionable plans. A self-starter, you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are ready to pivot as needed. Naturally curious and motivated, you're committed to impactful results. You embrace challenges and consistently deliver quality, even on tight deadlines. 2+ years of finance experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
