We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Fund/Client Accounting II to join our Central Expense team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland . In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Oversee complex expense-related activities for funds with intricate portfolio assets, including invoice payments, budgeting, and expense ratio reporting. Prepare fund expense budgets and contribute to financial planning processes. Handle complex general ledger entries as needed to ensure accurate financial records. Prepare fund expense invoices and track payments to ensure timely and accurate client billing. Conduct analysis comparing fund budgeted expenses to actual expenses and provide insights. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation is a plus. Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in fund accounting, expense management, or financial operations within the asset management industry. Strong understanding of expense management, budgeting, and general ledger systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications. Experience working with complex fund structures and portfolio assets.
