We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Fund/Client Accounting Representative I to join our Central Expense team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland and will be working in a hybrid capacity. (Currently 4 days a week in the office). You’ll make an impact in the following ways: Supports routine expense-related activities for funds, including invoice processing and basic budgeting tasks. Assists in preparing fund expense budgets and gathers necessary data for analysis. Processes fund expense invoices and monitors payment status for clients. Prepares basic comparisons of budgeted expenses versus actual expenses. Identifies discrepancies and escalates issues to senior team members for resolution. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in financial operations or fund accounting preferred. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies. Communication – Clear and professional communication with team members and clients. Problem Solving – Escalates issues appropriately and supports resolution efforts. Collaboration – Works effectively under supervision and contributes to team goals.
