Description

Role Objective Link Real Estate Partners seeks a motivated Associate to support fund management. This role is essential for operational and execution support across portfolio management, reporting, and departmental functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, attention to detail, project management skills, and an interest in real estate capital markets.Job Duties Financial Modelling & Performance Analysis Support fund modelling and ad hoc financial analyses for investment and portfolio decisions Maintain and update performance track record Assist with real estate portfolio valuations Portfolio Management Help maintain and improve the deal management system, generate pipeline reports, and keep deal information current Participate in regular portfolio reviews Support capital activities, including capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations Monitor fund-level compliance with offering documents and regulatory requirements Reporting & Communications Coordinate quarterly and annual investor reports Prepare materials for investor annual meeting, due diligence questions, and investor queries as needed Departmental Responsibilities Assist with board and senior management presentations Collaborate with group finance and business partners on departmental budgeting and financial planning Review and update departmental policies and procedures Support procurement and vendor registration for new service providers Assist with payment and expense processing Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field 2–6 years’ experience in real estate finance, investment banking, private equity, or related area Strong in Microsoft Excel (VBA and other programming languages are a plus) and Microsoft Word Highly polished Microsoft PowerPoint skills Experience with DealPath or other similar real estate software and business intelligence tools is considered a plus Solid understanding of financial concepts (DCF, NPV, IRR) and real estate valuation techniques Strong attention to detail and project management abilities Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment Remuneration We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
