Job Description The Associate is a key contributor to the deployment and monitoring of Private funds across the APAC region mainly Private Equity as well as Real Estate. He will lead critical workstreams and be required act with autonomy in investment execution, due diligence, portfolio management, and market intelligence. The Associate will also collaborate closely with the Direct teams in APAC, as well as with private funds colleagues in other regions on various investment and non-investment projects. What You Will Do Investment Execution & Due Diligence: Work in a small team to diligence and execute PE fund commitments, covering all technical aspects of the investment process as well as presentation at the Private Equity investment committee. Collaborate with the Direct team on co-investment / co-underwrite situations. Portfolio Monitoring & Partner Connectivity: 1. Assist with portfolio monitoring, and help build and maintain relationships with existing private fund managers (and passive co-investments). 2. Represent team in (i) fund managers’ investor conferences and (ii) meetings with senior leadership of private fund managers. 3. Contribute to portfolio monitoring and preparation of internal reports. 4. Support portfolio management and construction. Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct research and analysis to help maintain market intelligence on potential partners/transactions. Proactively monitoring news and intelligence from various sources. Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure constant and effective communication with key internal stakeholders. Process Improvement: Contribute to continually updating and improving the investment, due diligence and portfolio management tools used by the team in its activities. Support the increasing adoption of artificial intelligence in pre- and post-investment activities. Team Support: Perform any other related tasks requested by the immediate supervisor. Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or economics. Master’s degree or professional designation (CFA, CAIA) will be a bonus. 3–5 years of relevant experience in Secondary Fund Investments, PE, Real Estate, ideally in the APAC region. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Office and financial market tools (Capital IQ etc.) ; proficiency using large language models and other IA-enabled tools in an investment context. Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of French language will be an asset.
