We are seeking a talented Associate to join our Control Management Group as a Program Manager & Governance specialist. Job Summary As the Associate, FW Control Management – Program Manager & Governance (Operational Risk and Controls) within the Control Management Group, you will provide Program Management support to horizontal programs for Control Management. You will engage with Firmwide Program teams to implement requirements across Control Management supported Programs and promote global initiatives across Control Management Programs. You will be responsible for governance and management of key deliverables and operations through Roadmaps and scorecards, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and SLAs. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to identify and implement best practices and promote deliverables for Firmwide KRIs through Quantitative & Qualitative assessment of Risks & Controls. Job responsibilities Manage Firmwide Program teams to implement requirements across Control Management supported Programs Lead global initiatives across Control Management Programs working with stakeholders across diverse teams / Line of Business Manage governance and management of key deliverables and operations through Roadmaps, scorecards etc. ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and SLAs Lead change management with respect to Program requirements and influence stakeholders Manage stakeholders across the firm to identify and implement best practices Lead deliverables for Firmwide KRIs through Quantitative & Qualitative assessment of Risks & Controls working in collaboration with senior Lines of Business (LoB) Control Officers across the Firm Manage key callouts from the Qualitative Risk Assessment for consumption at Senior Executive Meetings and Control Committees Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Master’s degree Overall 10+ years of experience including a minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience Ability to handle multiple programs/projects at once is required Ability to effectively communicate with both Technical and Business Partners. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across geographies and functions Working knowledge of AGILE and JIRA High acumen in Microsoft products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and MS Project Ability to document the story through a high-quality presentation articulating the key points from any analysis is mandatory Must have analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to learn quickly, adjust to changes and think outside the box Good verbal/written and inter-personal skills.
