Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of game development tasks. Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure milestones are met. Collaborate with internal departments including QA, Development, Art and Customer Service to streamline workflows and resolve blockers. Support documentation processes, including maintaining project trackers, status reports, and production plans. Identify risks early and assist in developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Champion a positive and collaborative team culture, facilitating clear and consistent communication across all departments. Prioritize tasks and track day-to-day work with product managers to ensure objectives are met on time. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a production or coordination role or any other relevant position in the software or game industry within the gaming industry, having shipped at least one title through the full production cycle. Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in dynamic, team-oriented environments. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ShotGrid. A passion for gaming and a desire to contribute to the creation of outstanding player experiences.
