SEKISUI Diagnostics is seeking a Associate General Counsel who will assist in protecting the organization’s legal interests and maintaining its operations within the scope established by law. Working with the General Counsel, you will analyze complex legal issues and implications on matters of significant impact to the business, and provide legal oversight, solutions-oriented guidance and recommendations to stakeholders including Senior Leadership on all legal matters affecting the Company to ensure activities, policies, business practices, and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations to help protect the organization from legal exposure. In addition, you will provide advice, counsel, and representation in several legal specializations including contract, employment law, intellectual property, legislative compliance, tax, litigation, acquisitions, etc.
