JOB PURPOSE The role takes care of the project financing requirement of primarily the hydro business and supports the requirements for thermal project finance. The role is critical given the size of funding requirements and the number of internal and external stakeholders to be dealt with. The role would actively engage in fund raising and dealing with lenders on a continuous basis, especially when new hydro businesses are gearing up for funding. Financial modelling and PPT / presentations would be a critical aspect of this role.ORGANISATION CHART CFO- Energy --> Head Finance ----> AGM- Project Finance KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsibilities Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Fund Raising Managing existing loans Fresh debt applications Financial closure Information submission and coordination with lenders Debt servicing Finacial modelling / cash flow analysis Management reporting / presentations Renewal of existing limits Timely submission of information to banks Filing of loan applications Due diligence reports by external vendors Lender Management & Credit Rating  Coordinate with lenders for maintaining the existing limits Relationship management Compliance with loan covenants Site visits, consortium meetings, etc Manage credit rating requirements and work with agencies to maintain or upgrade credit profiles aligned with organizational strategy. Timely Approval of Lender Requests and Sanctions Timely renewal of credit rating Working Capital & Operational Funding Coordinate the assessment and timely tie-up of working capital requirements based on annual cash flow needs and operational priorities.
