The responsibilities also include supporting on the operational excellence for the sector along with closely working with HR Business Partners in driving HR initiatives within the business groups. The person in this position will also be responsible for assisting the HR Manager in the deployment of human resources policies and procedures, matrices and their dissemination through employee communications, and/or meetings. This would include. Supports achievement of overall EIIC objectives through the implementation of effective HR strategy. Ensures company values and principles are sustained and takes initiative on Process improvement, and is focused on building functional excellence, innovation, talent development and operational excellence. Support electrical sector in people processes and employee lifecycle management Create a good candidate onboarding experience for talent joining electrical sector Support Operational excellence for business verticals. Support HR Business Partners on processes related to hiring, learning and wor kcollaboratively, share best practices, leverage projects and learnings, and drive consistency in programs, practices, and communications where appropriate. Foster a culture where ownership of health and safety is embraced by all employees Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively navigate and influence sensitive situations Full time MBA in Human Resources from an accredited institution. 2-3 years of experience in Human resource management (generalist or specialist) in a multinational / matrix organization setup. Experience with Engineering & R & D centres will be an advantage Technical Knowledge : Proficient in microsoft office tools (eg Excel, Power BI, Word, Powerpoint) Ability to understand, interpret and easily communicate and align policies and practices Able to work with sensitive and confidential materials. Creative and Analytical mindset Curious to learn
