We are looking for an established Geotechnical Engineer based in the sunny Bay of Plenty who can confidently provide practical design solutions, develop strong client relationships and contribute to furthering technical development in CMW. You must be able to work within a team and provide hands-on mentorship to junior staff. Our Tauranga office has well and truly established itself within the region as a specialised geotechnical consultancy providing practical solutions for a wide range of clients. You'll have an exciting project diversity as our Tauranga office works on everything from small-scale residential projects up to large-scale infrastructure projects. What We're Looking for To be successful in this role you must have, A Civil Engineering, Geology or Earth Science Degree A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Geotechnical Engineer in a consultancy setting Chartership with Engineers NZ - CPEng Full New Zealand working rights At least two years of experience working in NZ is strongly preferred Developed exposure to geotechnical design software Good interpersonal skills Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written What You'll Get Additional Day Leave on your Birthday Provision of minimum of 50 hours Training / CPD per year and paid membership to Engineers New Zealand. Support with progressing chartership.
