Role and Responsibilities
The Associate, GPS Operations Support will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR
administrative and general advisory service for all employees within their country/cluster. The role will be
fully responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle documentation and authorization, in line with
Company Policy and Guidance. The Associate, GPS Operations Support will handle core HR data updates within the HR systems,
Workday & ServiceNow. The Associate, GPS Operations Support will collaborate closely with the wider
People function to ensure a smooth and efficient HR service is delivered within the agreed People
Services team Service Level Agreements.
