The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Associate, Global Regulatory Intelligence and Surveillance to join our Compliance team. This role plays a critical part in monitoring global regulatory developments, supporting regulatory change initiatives, and helping ensure the organisation remains compliant across multiple jurisdictions. You will assist in. Compliance monitoring and surveillance, including communications and trading activity Investment compliance and second‑line oversight Data privacy and conflicts management Compliance policies, procedures, and board/committee reporting Support for breach assessments and reported risk events Contribution to compliance training and strategic initiatives Collaboration across the global Risk & Compliance function Your Background and Experience   You will have completed studies in law, commerce, economics, finance, or a related field, supported by experience in funds management or financial services and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements. You bring strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and influencing outcomes, with a focus on delivering high‑quality work within required timeframes.
