Product Ownership of small-scale initiatives in agile construct Project Management leading small and medium sized projects across the Global Loans Operations Executing the Middle Office technology roadmap in close collaboration with our technology partners Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output The role will be able to fully bring to bear strong financial services expertise and strong Project Execution skills The role will be able to fully bring to bear strong Derivatives subject matter expertise and strong Project Execution skills, and deep People and Stakeholder management acumen: Ideal candidate will have prior Run the Bank or Change experience - Deep understanding of front-to-back processes and platforms around trade lifecycle Ability to continuously execute small and medium sized change projects and realize value for the business and for Trading Operations. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
