Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II of the California Pollution Control Financing Authority (CPCFA or Authority), this position is responsible for Authority contract management, budget and accounting functions, legislation management, and providing support to Authority financing programs. The AGPA will coordinate and act as the primary liaison and main point of contact with the STO Accounting and Budget staff to obtain reports, review, analysis, and summarization of expenditure and labor reports against budget allotments to evaluate and determine the performance of programs. They will also prepate revenue and expenditure reports and analysis of projected revenue and expenditure conditions and fund balance, prepare budget summaries, and provide management with options for adjustments to planned expenditures.
