Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) I of the Office of Grants Management (Office), in the Procurement Section (Section), part of the Operations Branch (Branch), in the Administration Division (Division), within the Department of Cannabis Control (Department), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) will serve as a member of the Office team. The incumbent will perform ongoing activities on an annual, biannual, weekly, and daily basis in support of the Office’s responsibilities and maintaining the integrity of grant funds. The incumbent will be responsible for oversite of analytical, forecasting, planning, and activities associated with grant funding. The incumbent will develop, recommend, and implement innovated approaches, strategies, and policies to manage and facilitate grant funds in a fair and ethical manner. The incumbent will also be responsible for the review, implementation, and coordination of all grant and contractual agreements entered on behalf of the Department.
