Under the direction of the Branch Chief of the Learning and Development Services Branch, a Staff Services Manager I (Supervisor), the incumbent, an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA), serves as the Learning and Development Analyst in the Office of Training Services. The incumbent performs journey-level and complex administrative duties in support of the Office of Training Services/Learning & Development Services Branch. The incumbent is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating professional development initiatives to support the creation of a comprehensive 2070 Program training program that improves individual and organizational effectiveness.
