THIS POSITION MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE. THE AMOUNT OF TELEWORK IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE DEPARTMENT AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS BUSINESS NEEDS ARISE.
The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is required to perform very complex duties that include, but are not limited to analytical, technical and administrative functions. The levels of the information that the AGPA handles at Division level are mostly sensitive and confidential which required a strict commitment in processing and protecting the information at all time.
Main duties/activities are: researching; analyzing and reporting statistical data; assisting the Division Chief in the planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating of the UI Center functions and activities throughout the Division and Inter-Division. Gathering and analyzing data and making recommendations to the Division Chief regarding workload statistical analysis, UI Center workload data collection and analysis/trends, and workload/staffing and hiring plans. Assisting in monitoring field office performance. Providing support for daily, weekly and monthly workload reports. Providing liaison support to the Division Chief for inter-office coordination. Participating in Division and statewide work groups related to UI Branch programs. Handling and responding to customer complaints. Performing other support services as required by the Division Chief and the Chief of Staff.
This is an AGPA full time permanent position. The position may also be filled as a Staff Service Analyst (SSA) with the same criteria.

Hybrid schedule which required the employee to work in the office and telework from home. Occasional travel may be required. This office is near freeway 91 and 57.
