The Operations Support Services Division (OSSD) is seeking a motivated Staff Services Analyst (SSA) or Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) to join our team in the Mail and Print Services (MAPS) Unit. This role provides analytical and organizational support for a variety of outgoing mail solutions and high-volume mailing processes. Key responsibilities include returned mail monitoring, outgoing mail processing, procedure development, and ensuring compliance with mailing standards.
This role also involves data analysis, reporting, and contributing to strategic planning goals related to customer service and automation. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for process improvement, we encourage you to apply!

Working Conditions

  • This position is designated as office-centered and works primarily onsite at the Sacramento, CA -Headquarters at least three weekdays.
