Responsibilities

California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) seeks an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) in the Administration, Automation & Project Management Section to drive our CalPERS mission. The following are some of the duties that the AGPA will perform in this role:

  • Leading the development of the annual Open Enrollment (OE) website project tasks and deliverables.
  • Supporting OE communication efforts, ensuring that health messaging aligns between communication released, the CalPERS website, and within myCalPERS.
  • Supporting the development of employer and member webinar activities in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Analyze data, metrics, and surveys to provide recommendations to leadership for improvements and enhancements.
  • Facilitate and coordinate cross-divisional communication and collaboration with business partners and health plan carriers
