WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED AS AN ASSOCIATE, GRAPHIC DESIGNER AT XPO

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or some professional experience working in graphic design
  • HTML, CSS, and other web-creation software
  • Familiarity with Adobe AfterEffects and Premier
  • Highly organized work style with an extraordinary ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to respond to evolving needs and a readiness to tackle challenges at any time with focus and energy
  • A willingness to take on tasks of varying complexity with enthusiasm
