About the Role We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our Employer Branding team at Zinnov and help bring culture, people stories, and employer value propositions (EVP) to life. You will design visuals for global brands (GCCs in India) across hiring campaigns, culture storytelling, social media, employee engagement, internal communications, and career pages. You will collaborate closely with brand managers and design team members to create impactful, high-quality visual experiences. Responsibilities Develop visual concepts and storytelling for employer branding campaigns. Design assets for hiring events, office launches, social media, internal comms, and culture initiatives. Create infographics, emailers, banners, presentations, and other digital creatives. Collaborate with brand managers and the design team to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Maintain brand consistency and uphold visual quality across all deliverables. Requirements 1–5 years of experience in graphic/communication design. Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling and multi-channel design work. Applications without a portfolio would not be considered. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc); familiarity with AI design tools. Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand aesthetics. Nice to Have Basic motion graphics or video editing skills. Experience in employer branding or internal communications (preferred but not mandatory). Zinnov is an equal opportunity employer.
