Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Growth Associate to help us drive the next stage of Luxury Escape’s growth in emerging markets. In this role you will work across all our owned, earned and paid channels and develop novel tactics to accelerate growth.
You should be passionate about testing new ideas across all domains to unlock the next stage of growth in international markets.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders from all over the business from design, engineering, commercial, marketing and other products to help create and deliver the blueprint for the next wave of growth at Luxury Escapes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create and optimise campaigns across a wide variety of growth platforms such Google Ads, Meta Ads and Impact Radius (Affiliates)
  • Analyse user behaviour and market trend performance to uncover opportunities for marketing and product improvement
  • Support the development and execution of A/B testing throughout the marketing and onsite funnel to improve efficiency
  • Monitor key growth metrics, measure impact of experimentation and provide insight on performance to guide business decision making
  • Collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including engineering, product design, data, and other product managers to deliver key initiatives.
