Responsibilities

As an Associate in our Global Transaction Services (GTS) Client Service team, you’ll be the trusted contact for a portfolio of NBFI and Healthcare institutional clients, ensuring their banking experience is seamless, responsive, and tailored to their needs. Based in Sydney, this full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service across a range of transactional banking products. You’ll manage client enquiries, oversee service delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance how we support our clients.
