Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate to work on complex projects from our Brisbane studio. The ideal candidate will be a registered architect with 10+ years with strong technical knowledge & experience across a variety of sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex high value projects Oversee all project phases including design, documentation & delivery, ensuring they meet client expectations and design standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and collaborators in the industry. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the project team, ensuring high-quality design outcomes. Qualifications Registered Architect with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience across a variety of sectors. In-depth technical knowledge Proven experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors Good Revit documentation skills. Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
