The Associate Head Coach, Administrative Coordinator & Recruiter supports the Head Coach for women’s soccer. In that role, the Associate Head Coach/Administrative Coordinator & Recruiter is responsible for performance analysis and skill development as well as performing administrative duties and assisting with recruiting. This position will also help to operate a program for student-athletes, with differing abilities and skills, and serve as a role model in meeting our complimentary goals in Athletics of “Pursuing Athletic Excellence…Developing Christian Character.” The Assistant Director for Compliance and Internal Operations assists the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Internal Operations with NCAA compliance monitoring and game day/event management.
