Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly patient centred team at Salisbury Fertility Centre. A well-established centre of 20 years, offering a full range of laboratory diagnostic and assisted conception techniques, including IVF, ICSI, microTESE, egg, sperm & embryo cryopreservation, including a large NHS Fertility Preservation program, along with an active egg and embryo donation programs. Salisbury Fertility Centre also runs a patient embryo research program with Manchester University Hospital Trust. We are involved as a training centre for the national Scientist Training Program’ having successfully mentored 10 graduates within the scheme.
This part-time Associate Reproductive Scientist role will work, in collaboration with the Salisbury Fertility Centre (SFC) team, to provide an assisted conception and fertility preservation service with exceptional patient centred care. The successful candidate will work within departmental policies and procedures and in line with the Trust’s values and behaviours. You will provide leadership and direction in centre administrative procedures.
The post holder will perform a range of administrative, scientific and clinical activities for the provision of services licensed by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA).
