The incumbent assists with the development of policies and procedures, perform research of best practice, develop training materials, provide technical advice on internal business applications such as the HR Portal and Gateway, and lead and participate in special projects. This work is performed while managing multiple priorities in a complex environment through the use of strategic planning, project management and continuous relationship management. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience 1+ years experience in Human Resources Education Undergraduate degree or diploma in business Human Resources diploma Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable Competencies Mobilizes people, inspires and leads by example Critical thinking skills Computer skills Communication skills Interpersonal skills Capability to transform systems: Encourage and support innovation Knowledge and Abilities Ability to lead and coach others Commitment to a diverse, representative workforce and cultural safety Current clinical knowledge and skill are required in a broad range of areas.
