Job Roles / Responsibilities: The purpose of this job is to work according to guidance of the Assistance Manager/Manager to maintain data related to owned/rented properties, while providing reports to the relevant stakeholders. Processing rents on timely basis and take periodic follow-ups. Further, processing non-rental payment after ensuring the complaint has been catered. Coordinate with different departments related to on-going tasks. Assist with utility related complaints of all collection points throughout. Assist in registering agreements. Draft Agreements, Letters, Amendments with consent and guidance of respective supervisor. Maintain filing in a manner that the information is readily available. Respond back to the all email queries. Raise Payment Requisitions (PR) through Peoplesoft. Specifically, you will be responsible to: Maintain data related to owned/rented properties while providing reports to the relevant stakeholders, as and when necessary. Processing rents on timely basis through ROPs and take periodic follow-ups Processing non-rental payment, by raising PR through Peoplesoft, after ensuring the complaint has been catered Draft Agreements, Letters, Amendments while carrying out renewals of properties and assist in registration of properties Assist with utility related complaints of all collection points throughout Maintain filing in a manner that the information is readily available. Liaising with finance and other departments for clearance of payments and other important issues. Respond back to all email queries in a timely manner Any other work assigns by Assistant Manager/Manager Housing Services. Requirements: The applicant should have: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience (A Bachelor’s degree in Admin / Management/ IT) Preferably have his/her own conveyance Strong communication skills verbal and email writing Proficiency in MS OFFICE. Strong Data Management Skills Good knowledge of Finance. Negotiations skills Understanding of multiple regional languages, including English & Urdu Having real estate knowledge will be considered an added advantage. Advance skills in MS EXCEL, Power BI. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted
