YOUR EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND INCLUDE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, etc.) or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• General knowledge of key HR processes and practices – recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, talent development, employee relations, change management
• Project management experience
• Ability to travel internationally when needed (up to 20% travel)
• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
