We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate HR Executive (Admin & Payroll) to be part of our fun-loving team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative HR tasks, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Some experience in HR administration and payroll, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
  • Basic knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and timely
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies

Work Pass Processing:

  • Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and maintain accurate records

Training Administration:

  • Arrange and schedule training requests
  • Administer relevant training bonds as per company policy
  • Maintain training records and track employee development

Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information

HR Administration:

  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Support HR projects and initiatives
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks and provide support to the HR team
