The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence Demonstrated proficiency in supporting end-to-end talent attraction and acquisition processes within a fast-paced HR operations environment. Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, including sourcing, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking. Ability to manage HR operational activities with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance to established process standards. Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to maintain data integrity and process efficiency. Capable of using general consulting skills to analyze hiring requirements and support structured, process-driven talent acquisition delivery.
