Job Description Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in HR Operations. You will support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of HR processes. The position requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions within defined SLAs. This position requires a high level of diligence in managing time-sensitive actions within defined SLAs to maintain service excellence. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, driving process improvements, and delivering “Best in Class” service while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Assist in onboarding activities including induction coordination, validation of joining forms, and statutory compliance checks. Support HRIS updates and maintenance (Workday or similar systems). Track leave and attendance records and assist in payroll input collation. Respond to employee queries and process change requests promptly. Maintain accurate employee files and documentation. Assist in exit management activities ensuring smooth offboarding. Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives. Prepare basic reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with 0–2 years of experience in HR Operations or internship experience in HR. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work under tight timelines and meet SLAs with accuracy. Knowledge of HR systems (Workday preferred) is an advantage. Desired Characteristics Customer-focused and highly responsive. Proactive and adaptable to change. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under time-sensitive conditions.
