ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Associate HR People Partner (AHRPP) to join our HR People Partnering team.
This is a hands-on, operational role where you will act as the first point of contact for managers and staff across a diverse and high-profile portfolio, including: Finance, Office of General Counsel, Commercial & Procurement, President & Provost’s Office, Vice-President (Advancement), Vice-President (External Engagement), and Vice-President (Strategy).

You will report to the HR People Partner and work closely with the Senior HR People Partner, gaining support and coaching as you develop. This role provides a strong foundation for building a career in HR People Partnering.
Please note this is a fixed term contract (or internal secondment) role starting on 2nd January 2026 through to 31st July 2026 and is available on a hybrid basis at our London Kings Cross/ St Pancras Bidborough House office 2-days per week (Monday and one other).
