Description:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to our employees and clients by resolving inquiries related to company policies and HR-related topics via phone calls and messages. This role is crucial for ensuring ongoing satisfaction and support to our internal team.
Newly graduated or unfinished career
Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in environments related to human resources.
Advanced level of English, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of office tools and customer service platforms.(Oracle, CRM)
Answer calls and messages regarding specific inquiries about company policies and HR-related topics.
Provide clear and accurate information, ensuring effective and professional communication.
Manage and document all customer interactions promptly and accurately.
Identify and escalate complex situations to the HR team as necessary.
Stay up-to-date with internal policies, procedures, and best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department by providing feedback on observed customer inquiry trends
