POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Associate Human Capital Business Partner will help Asia Pacific HCBP Director with supporting business strategy and objectives through consultation with business units, through the development and implementation of key people and regional as well as global organizational initiatives. The Associate HCBP builds strong internal partnerships, provides developmental coaching to all levels, and offers creative solutions to address business issues and enhance performance.
The successful candidate will be in the Human Capital department in Singapore and support all our Asia-Pacific offices (Singapore, Sydney, Beijing, and Hong Kong). Working in a small team in Asia, the Associate Human Capital Business Partner will be expected to assume a great deal of individual responsibility and ownership of his/her work.
