Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Human Capital (HC) Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary The Human Capital Associate plays a key role in supporting both the HC Center of Excellence and the Business Partner pillar. This role provides hands‑on support in designing people‑focused initiatives, enhancing employee experience, and assisting HC Specialists with day‑to‑day operational needs. The ideal candidate is creative, detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about people and culture. Key Responsibilities 1. Support for My Growth Journey Growing Together Series (PwC Professional Behaviours) Prepare content and materials to support the ongoing Growing Together learning and engagement series. Propose fresh and engaging activity ideas that help embed the PwC Professional behaviours. Draft internal communications, including announcements, write‑ups, and campaign copy. Prepare simple visuals, layouts, and presentation materials to support learning content. Update and maintain content on relevant SharePoint sites, ensuring information remains current and user‑friendly. Contribute to planning and execution of employee experience events, such as the Growth Café, workshops, or engagement sessions. 2. Support for Employee Experience Initiatives Campaigns & Internal Engagement Assist in the development of materials for employee experience projects, including The Way We Thrive campaign. Support the creation of posters, screensavers, digital assets, and pop‑up display designs. Contribute to planning and execution of employee experience events, such as the Financial Wellbeing Day, workshops, or engagement sessions. Coordinate logistics, materials, communications, and event‑day support as needed. 3. Support to HC Specialists (Business Partner Pillar) Assist HC Specialists with tasks related to employee processes and employee lifecycle activities. Support coach and buddy allocation activities, ensuring timely updates and accurate records. Assist in any other employee initiatives, activities or processes where applicable.
