The Boeing Company Global Services (BGS) Human Resources (HR) team are seeking an Associate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Jacksonville, FL.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive team aimed at shaping the future of HR at Boeing to drive business value for the Jacksonville Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul portfolio and beyond. As a key member of the team, you will gain strong understanding of the business imperatives of the program to unleash the power of our talent in all functions. You will also support and partner with leaders at all levels - management to non-management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

1+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP

  • )1+ years of experience developing and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processe
  • s1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcome
