Work with stakeholders in budgeting and forecasting Ensure alignment with organizational financial goals Prepare financial forecasts and projections for ongoing and upcoming quarters and year Conduct financial analysis, analyze variances between budgets and actual costs, provide insights and recommendations Implement and maintain financial tracking process and system to monitor performance against financial objectives Identify cost-saving opportunities and ability to think for areas to automate and suggest Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for project stakeholders, senior management and executive leadership Collaborate with stakeholders, leaders to provide financial insights and support Ensure to adhere to financial policies, compliance and regulatory requirements Ensure readiness for financial audits, conduct internal audit with a cadence related to financials. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, commerce 3 years of experience in handling Portfolio Management Operations Strong understanding of financial concepts, budgets, invoicing, SOWs and portfolio management processes Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Good to have knowledge in project management technologies
